Chronic absence is easily masked by school attendance statistics, even when average daily attendance appears relatively high. Even in a school with 95% daily attendance, 30% of the student population could be chronically absent. We're thrilled to announce our FREE Breakfast and Lunch Program at Vista Del Valle Elementary School from June 22nd through August 4th, 2023! This is open to all kids 18 years old or younger, offering nutritious meals prepared by our dedicated Nutrition Services Department.
📍Location: Vista Del Valle Elementary School, 550 Vista Dr., Claremont, CA 91711
⏰Meal Times: 🥣Breakfast: 7:45-8:30 AM 🍽️Lunch: 11:00-11:45 AM
Please note the meals are to be enjoyed on-site and can't be picked up by parents.
Remember, there is NO PENALTY OR PUBLIC CHARGE for utilizing this program - it's all about nourishing our community's youth.

Last day of CLASP parties this year recognized the 6th grade students moving up to middle school. CLASP’s Board President, Frank D’Emilio, and Site Supervisor, Maria Martinez are pictured with Wheeler Park’s students.
