Claremont Unified School District is seeking proposals from qualified architectural firms to conduct a comprehensive Facilities Needs Assessment and Facilities Master Plan for our district. This assessment will help us evaluate the condition, capacity, and future needs of our school facilities to support our long-term planning efforts.

We invite your firm to submit a proposal detailing your approach, qualifications, and experience in conducting similar assessments. The deadline for submission is March 10, 2025, at 4pm.  A full copy of the Request for Proposal (RFP), including scope of work and submission guidelines, and the form agreement can be found below.
