We're excited to share a significant change in how you'll receive your paystubs. As part of our commitment to The CUSD Commitment Focus Area 6.3, which aims to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness, we're moving to electronic direct deposit paystubs, accessible online from December 1, 2023.

Key Changes to Note:

Electronic Direct Deposit Paystubs:

  • Access your paystubs online for convenience and efficiency.

  • The format and information remain the same as the printed copies.

Discontinuation of Physical Paystubs:

  • From March 1, 2024, physical direct deposit paystubs will no longer be distributed.

  • Employees receiving physical pay warrants (checks) will continue to have them printed and mailed.
