Claremont Faculty Association (CFA) and the Claremont Unified School District (CUSD) have a strong relationship that ensures student success and employee happiness. CFA represents classroom teachers, guidance counselors, nurses, school psychologist & child development teachers.

California School Employees Association (CSEA) and the Claremont Unified School District (CUSD) have a strong relationship, ensuring success for students and employee happiness. CSEA represents Classified positions such as classroom para-professionals, food services, district support positions, and office staff.

Although not affiliated with any association CMA supports administrators and creates a network to assist administrators and service professionals.
